We are an Academy of Model Aeronautics charter club. Our AMA club number is 1734.
Isotopes RC Club Skydiver Event – June 4–7
The Owensboro RC Club is excited to host an RC Skydiver Event from
June 4th through June 7th! Join us for several days of fun, flying, and camaraderie as RC skydiving enthusiasts gather to showcase their skills and enjoy the hobby.
Whether you’re an experienced pilot or just interested in seeing something unique, this event promises exciting aerial action and a great atmosphere for both participants and spectators.

Camping: Primitive camping is available on-site
Travel & Accommodations
Hotels and restaurants are available approximately 15 miles away in Owensboro,
offering a variety of lodging and dining options.

FIELD LOCATION & HOURS
The Lampkin Flying Field is available for limited guest flyers and club members throughout the year. Except when club events or tractor pulls occur.
Academy of Model Aeronautics (AMA) membership is required to fly at this charter club field.
The location of the field is 8284 Short Station Road in Philpot, KY.
The field is CLOSED sometimes for tractor pull events and personal use.
